1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Furizzma, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Furizzma for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Furizzma;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy

Your use of Furizzma is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Furizzma are provided on an 'as is' basis. Furizzma makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Furizzma or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Furizzma.

7. Boosts

A boost puts a listing first in search results, on the home page and near the front of Swipe for the number of days shown when you buy it. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Stripe processes payments; Furizzma doesn't receive or store your card details.

A boost starts once your payment goes through, after any boost still running on the same listing, and ends on its own. It only shows while its listing is on the site, and keeps counting down while the listing is paused, hidden, under review or sold. Boosts aren't refunded, including when a listing comes down early or is removed for breaking our community standards, except where the law requires a refund. If something on our side keeps a boost from showing, contact us.

8. Modifications

Furizzma may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this application you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
